Ø TCC300A is used for sealing and splicing on insulating glass,curtain wall and machines-manufacturing. 
Ø This machine adopts imported pneumatic system(Korea Hasco ), which uses the best foreign technologies and processing methods, the key components (main motor, vice motor, pressure relief valves, mixing core, glue gun, etc.) adopt famous foreign brand products to ensure reliable operation. The system mainly include gas motor, the ingredients pump proportioning pump, pressure plate, feed pump, glue gun, stirrer, the proportion of stations and other devices.
Ø Binders and hardener supply system. Using a special high-pressure piston pump, two-way equivalent feeder, feed pressure plate attached to the booster, to guarantee the high viscosity fluid be filled with pumping, prevent air entrainment to ensure the stable output of medium flow. Pneumatic lifting mechanism allows quick and easy materials replacement.
Ø Proportioning system.: The adjustable booster synchronous linkage ratio institutions can meet different material Ratio requirements (6:1-14:1). It has a special ratio testing organizations, the ratio is very convenient to adjust, the ratio accuracy error is less than ± 2%.
Ø Mixer: The mixer adopts international static back and forth tube mixer with small size and light weight. Stainless steel mixing core makes mixing much reliable and durable. The unique needle check valve ensures the mixture does not return and avoid solidification of two glues.
Ø Glue spreading system: The imported gum gun makes the operation extremely simple. After the initial adjusting, it hardly needs any change.Glue feeding, ratio, mixing and spreading can be done at the same time .Each time just gently pull (loosen) the gun trigger, the entire system will immediately start (off). The imported high-pressure protection valve is more sensitive and secure. The connecting parts with fluid section is made of stainless steel. The sealing circle uses imported Teflon material, which is more reliable and durable.
