The washing machine consists of an entry area, a washing, drying zone and an exit area. Glass is transported by means of special rubber rollers mounted on supports with ball bearings.

7. Loading section equipped with separate stainless steel water tank and high pressure spraying system for pre-washing.
8. Three pairs of cylindrical brushes. Brushes wash any type of Low E Glass.
9. Two sets Air Knives are adjustable up and down.
10. Multi-stage drying system, air knives is made by stainless steel.Wind transferred in sets of bellows, less wind will be lost and noise can be lowered compare with traditional structure. Glass will be dried with natural wind, drying efficiency will be improved obviously.
