Forglass, known for providing glass melting technology in Europe, is once again working in its own backyard—this time a colorless container glass manufacturer operating two furnaces and six production lines in western Poland.

The company has contracted to design, manufacture and install a new technology production line for external cullet management.

The production line will include two 200-ton silos for flat glass shards and a 200-ton silo for container glass shards, and it will include a system for redundantly weighing the cullet of each silo .

Thanks to this new technology line, the glass factory will be able to increase its production capacity while remaining environmentally friendly.

Forglass engineers design for the future, and this project is no exception.

The building and the entire technical production line are designed in such a way that the capacity can be doubled by adding an identical production line when needed.
