LiSEC is a pioneer in the development and manufacturing of flat glass processing equipment and machinery. With its advanced processing system, it has completely changed the logistics processing of insulating glass units.

The logistics solution consists of a gantry crane facility (UTS-B) and a mobile unit buffer (MEB-B), which can improve quality, save time, resources and money.

The automatic gantry crane equipment (UTS-B) is installed downstream of the LiSEC sealing machine and is especially suitable for dismantling new sealed insulating glass units with fixed or flexible spacer systems, especially for thermoplastic spacer systems.

The glass unit is sent out along the production line and rotated from the horizontal position to the vertical position, and then sorted to the mobile buffer system (MEB-B). The mobile unit buffer is used for manual or automatic unloading, curing and transportation of insulating glass units. Therefore no further reclassification is required.

Through automatic unloading and sorting, the production process has been significantly improved. The hollow glass unit can be removed from the suction cup without compression. The supporting fingers on the bottom and sides prevent the glass plate from sliding. This guarantees compliance with quality and tolerances.

Thanks to the individually adjustable spacer brackets, the glass plates can be fixed on the MEB-B transport rack without compression. This ensures high quality standards for insulating glass units-especially the use of thermoplastic gaskets.

Transporting the insulating glass unit in an upright position saves space and can be manually unloaded in any order to ensure flexibility. Due to the flexible gasket, MEB-B is always in optimal loading condition. The number of compartments depends on the unit thickness.

Loading and packaging is simple and quick. The mobile unit buffer is optimized for truck transportation and saves costs. A truck can load up to 18 filled or 36 empty MEB-Bs.

The unit buffer is specifically designed to allow the thermoplastic gasket to cure directly at the unit buffer. This saves space, time and money.

Individual transport racks can be coded for each customer. The new LiSEC "Delivery Tracking" simplifies logistics processing, provides transparency and saves time in the logistics process.

The entire modular system can be adapted to the customer's space requirements and is compatible with almost all current LiSEC production lines.
