Rollplast was founded in 2000 by Svetlin Nikolchev with the goal of producing and installing indoor and outdoor blinds. Since then, the Bulgarian company has been on the road to success and looks forward to continuous development. This is not only reflected in the composition of their product portfolio, but also in the massive investment in organizational infrastructure and technological expansion. 21 years after its establishment, the company has 500 employees worldwide and has a 40,000 square meter production base in Kostinbrod, Bulgaria (about 20 kilometers northwest of Sofia). In 2020, Rollplast's total revenue is 63,464,179 Bulgarian Lev (BGN) (approximately 32 million euros), more than half of which comes from PVC windows.

Rollplast made its first investment in machinery for the manufacture of PVC doors and windows in 2005, and subsequently built an administrative building and a new factory in Sofia. The latter produces doors and windows made of PVC and aluminum, as well as suspended exterior walls, exterior roller shutters, garage doors, interior blinds, insect nets, and metal structures. In 2008, the company invested a total of 72 million Belgian Glanders (approximately 36.8 million Euros) in its new production site in Kostinbrod, which means that Rollplast has also obtained an A-level investor certificate. 

As of 2021, the total construction area of ​​Kostinbrod's production space has reached 40,000 square meters, which is the basis for the implementation of Rollplast's mission: to provide customers with high-quality, energy-saving and environmentally friendly solutions that integrate comfort, fashion and elegance. 

The uniqueness of Rollplast is reflected in the comprehensive product assortment it provides to customers. No other company in Bulgaria offers such a wide range of different products: windows, doors, accessories, shutters and insect control, entrance doors, interior doors and garage doors. Shower cabinet, railing, glass canopy, office glass partition, roof structure, glass furniture, balcony glass.

In addition to the existing comprehensive product range, the innovation of this Bulgarian manufacturer is also impressive. Rollplast's latest product is four-layer glass with TPA gaskets. To this end, three coated glass plates were used, making it possible to produce up to 80 mm thick. The adiabatic coefficient reaches 0.31 W/m2K.

The company has become a market leader-not only in Bulgaria, but also in the Balkans-through continuous development, trend observation and the introduction of new products based on them, as well as investment in necessary equipment. 

Since Rollplast invested in its first cutting and insulation production line in 2008, LiSEC has been accompanying Rollplast on this road. Since then, the Bulgarian company has continuously increased the number of its LiSEC machines. Rollplast's LiSEC machine product portfolio includes: glass unit insulated wire – LISEC 50/27, glass unit insulated wire – LISEC – 25/20, TPA unit insulated wire – LISEC-TPA-Line, LISEC BASE cutting table, LISEC ESL 60/30 Cutting table, laminated glass cutting table VB/ GFB-60 / 30RE-S, automatic and manual butyl extruder LISEC LBH-25ARS / LBH-25V, two interval bending machines-BSV 30 / K / BSV 45NK, automatic pickup -up-PKL 60/30 / SBL 60/30 and other auxiliary machines. 

The LiSEC TPA production line for glass installations was installed last year, giving Rollplast a decisive competitive advantage. Production increases by approximately 800 square meters per day, which reduces operating costs, human intervention and production errors.

In order to optimize the use of these LiSEC machines, Rollplast uses a wide range of LiSEC software, such as GPS.prod, GPS.order, GPS.opt, GPS.hand, GPS.lineserver, GPS.perfectscan, GPS.ident step, GPS.ident IG, GPS.ident is delivered, as well as many additional modules of the LiSEC software program. 

Rollplast has clear values ​​not only for customers but also for suppliers: correctness, professionalism, the pursuit of continuous improvement and innovation, as well as speed and punctuality. Most importantly, since the first meeting, cooperation with Mario Bodakov, LiSEC's Bulgarian field representative, has been simple and satisfying. This is based on reciprocity: "First of all, it is extremely important to maintain the mutual trust that has been established over the years. This means that it is possible to respond quickly and easily when solving after-sales service, service component delivery and software problems. Then about new project cooperation There are no obstacles to the dialogue," said Mario Bodakov, who has served as LiSEC's sales and after-sales service department since 1994.

In addition to strong on-site support, Rollplast found that the continuous development of LiSEC's products and software is essential to complete production and innovation in LiSEC machine design and development. All of this makes LiSEC a strong partner.

Rollplast has taken many responsibilities for the future. In addition to targets such as significant export growth and the resulting increase in annual output, the Bulgarian company is also striving to increase its annual profit by 10%. There are also some investment-related projects, such as the completion of a production base.

Rollplast is betting on future trends, such as increased automation and Industry 4.0, and focuses its strategic planning on these two pillars. All of this is to improve energy efficiency.
